July 2023

Issue Three

On behalf of RBKC, FM Conway and Cadogan, we’d just like to say a big thank you to all residents for your patience during the Sloane Street Transformation works.

Current conditions are challenging, but once completed, Sloane Street will be the most incredible place to live, work and visit.

As per below, from 31 July, the traffic management will change.

From the junction of Sloane Terrace, southbound traffic will move to the other side of the carriageway to continue on to Sloane Square.

The utility diversion works will then commence on the east side of Sloane Street between these two locations. The chicane will move up Sloane Street as works progress,

In addition, public realm works are due to start shortly at the junction with Pont Street to install the granite tables across the carriageways.

You will also notice that the stunning granite planters have now been installed outside Cartier and near Escada, and will soon be planted.

Also, FM Conway will shortly be installing the new lighting columns and street furniture.

If you have any questions, please contact Sloane.Street@fmconway.co.uk

We would also like to flag that there is scheduled to be a closure of Sloane Street between Pont Street and Knightsbridge during the weekend of 2/3 September. This is not part of the public realm works and will be managed by the contractor working on the redevelopment of 51/52 Sloane Street.

Please note that dates may change due to operational reasons, such as hold-ups in weather-dependent processes. However, should there be a need to postpone any scheduled works, we will provide updates at the earliest possible opportunity.
