Welcome to our latest update on works taking place along Sloane Street. We hope that retailers find these updates a valuable source of information as works progress along the east side of the street. This update will focus on works that have recently been completed, and those that are soon to come.

A big thank-you for your patience.
On behalf of RBKC, FM Conway and Cadogan, we’d just like to say a big thank-you for your patience during the Sloane Street Transformation works.
Current conditions are challenging, but once completed, we are confident that Sloane Street will consolidate its position as the most desirable, luxury shopping destination in the world.

We hope this finds you all well.
Firstly, a huge thank-you to those who took part in Chelsea in Bloom 2023. It was the busiest week ever recorded on the Estate, with the total number of visitors exceeding the previous week by almost half a million! It also saw far more social reach and international media coverage – we look forward to updating you on this further at our next breakfast on 20 July.

It has been a remarkable past few weeks.
Despite the challenging weather over the Coronation weekend, footfall across the Cadogan Estate increased by 7.7% year on year for retail week 18, with year to date footfall on Sloane Street North running at +15.6% and on Sloane Street South +11.3%. Summer in Sloane Square – with its pop-up al fresco dining offer, has been busy since it opened a fortnight ago, and, in other news, I’ve taken over from Giles Semper to deliver your monthly Sloane Street updates.

I enjoyed seeing many of you at the Chelsea retailer breakfast at the end of January. I hope you’ll agree that 2023 is looking like a bumper year in the neighbourhood with all the new openings, the Coronation celebrations and an enhanced Summer in Sloane Square.
