Sustainability

You will all no doubt be familiar with the sight of the e-cargo bike whizzing quietly up and down Sloane Street to perform its waste collection duties (see below). The waste is then taken to a waste consolidation point tucked just behind Sloane Street, with the e-cargo bike currently supporting bag deliveries and collections for 80+ Cadogan occupiers on Sloane Street, the King’s Road and surrounding areas. This is quieter, more convenient, and also has the environmentally positive benefits of both improving air quality and reducing emissions (by 36% when compared with collection by an average truck).

We have also seen a moderate but nevertheless encouraging 2% rise in commercial recycling on Sloane Street in the last year – please email sustainability@cadogan.co.uk if you would like to achieve more in this regard.
