Sustainability

Cadogan has been ensuring that Sloane Street is constantly in bloom. The public realm transformation includes extensive planting overseen by multiple Chelsea Flower Show winner, Andy Sturgeon, with a ‘royal’ colour palette of rich maroons, reds, purples, and blues for the diverse and climate resilient mix of flowers, shrubs and over 100 new trees. Furthermore, Cadogan is increasing the quantity of pollinating plants in the area – good news for the honeybees residing in both Cadogan Place gardens -including a thyme lawn and planting of Echium russicum in the North garden to suit its warm microclimate, and many other native and near native species being grown for trials on the Estate over the next couple of years.
